Access to and navigation of the site confer the status of user and imply acceptance of the conditions set out in this legal notice.

The purpose of this site is to display the catalogue of machinery available for rental, allow you to check its availability by dates and manage booking requests.

Bookings made through the site do not involve online payment; payment of the rental and the deposit is made at the time of delivery or collection of the machine.

The rental of each machine is governed by the lease agreement formalised upon delivery. The customer is responsible for the correct use of the equipment in accordance with its instructions and for returning it in the same condition, except for wear and tear inherent to its use.

The deposit is refundable upon return of the machine, once its condition has been checked. Any damage not attributable to normal wear and tear may be deducted from it.

The site's contents (texts, images, trademarks, logos and design) are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights. Their reproduction or use without express authorisation is prohibited.

Almacar Rent is not responsible for service interruptions, errors or omissions in the contents, or for damages arising from improper use of the site.

Machine availability is shown for guidance and in real time, but its definitive confirmation is subject to the formalisation of the booking.

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the owner's domicile, unless consumer regulations provide for another jurisdiction.
