What do I need to pick up the machine?
ID (or company tax number) and the 15.840 € deposit. We sign the contract on delivery and explain the basic operation.
How does the deposit work and when is it refunded?
The deposit (15.840 €) is paid on delivery and refunded in full when the machine is returned in the same condition. It is only withheld if there is damage, and always with a detailed report.
Who can operate this machine?
Any operator with the training corresponding to the type of machine. If your team doesn't have it, we can include operation training as an extra when booking.
How much does transport to the site cost?
You can pick it up free at our Castellón branch (with an additional 10% discount), or request delivery to the site: the transport price is calculated at booking based on distance.
What happens if the machine breaks down during the rental?
Technical support included: we repair it on site or replace it with an equivalent one at no cost. Breakdowns from normal use are never charged to you.
Can I extend the rental if I need to?
Yes. From your account you can change the return date if those dates are still available; the amount is recalculated with the same rates and discounts.
