1. Data controller
The controller of your data is Almacar Rent (Orbelgrupo group). For any matter relating to your data you can write to us at soporte@almacar-rent.com.
2. Data we collect
When you request a booking or write to us through the contact form, we collect the data you provide: name, email, phone and, where applicable, company and the content of your message.
Your booking data is stored locally in your browser (device storage) so you can view it in «My bookings». This data does not leave your device unless you complete a booking request.
3. Purpose
We use your data to manage your rental requests, coordinate the delivery or collection of the machinery, respond to your enquiries and comply with our legal and contractual obligations.
We do not use your data to send you commercial communications without your prior consent.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for the processing is the performance of the rental contract or the pre-contractual measures you request, your consent when contacting us, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Retention
We keep your data for as long as necessary to provide the service and, thereafter, for the periods required by tax and commercial regulations. When it is no longer needed, it is securely deleted.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to us at soporte@almacar-rent.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
To delete the bookings stored on your device, simply remove them from «My bookings» or clear your browser storage.
